DAN GIBBONS attended law school at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is admitted to practice thorughout the State of Ohio, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and before the United States Supreme Court. Dan has been in private practice since 1996. He is a Past President of the Lorain County Bar Association, and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is a past Chairman of the Domestic Relations Section of the LCBA. He is also a member of the LCBA Grievance Committe. Dan is a member of a number of organizations, including the West Side Irish American Club in Olmsted Township and Black River Masonic Lodge in Lorain. Dan lives in Elyria, and is married to Marybeth Gibbons.

​JIM DEERY was born and raised in Elyria, Ohio. He graduated from Elyria High School, and received his bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. Jim went on to study law at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, graduating in 1977. Jim was an active member of the community, and a member of a number of organizations. Sadly, Jim passed away in 2022, and is sorely missed.
